Preorder

Most products listed as preorders can be paid either in full or with a partial deposit. If you choose the partial deposit option, you will be charged the deposit amount shown at checkout. Once the item(s) arrive and your order is ready to be shipped, we will contact you via email with an invoice for the remaining balance. This remaining amount will reflect the original price at the time your order was placed — even if the price has increased between the time of ordering and release. Customers are given up to 14 days to settle the balance unless otherwise agreed upon with Jean GK Resin. If the preorder is paid in full upfront, your order will be shipped immediately once the item(s) arrive at our warehouse.

All worldwide orders will be shipped only when all items in the order — including preorder and in-stock items — are available. If you would like certain items to be shipped earlier, we recommend placing them in a separate order.

While we successfully fulfill the vast majority of preorders, cancellations may occasionally occur due to unforeseen manufacturer issues, such as licensing problems or stock allocation limits. In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your preorder, a full refund will be issued for the affected item(s).

Cancellations

Please note that all products marked as "Preorder" are non-refundable and non-cancellable, as they are considered special request items. Cancellations or returns will only be accepted if the item received is damaged or incorrect. If a deposit has been made and the customer later refuses to pay the remaining balance once the item is ready, the deposit will be forfeited and the order cancelled. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree that these items are non-returnable unless approved by us. For any defective or incorrect items, please reach out to us at info@jeangkresin.com.

Lastly, please be aware that preorder delivery dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change. Delays may occur due to production or shipping factors. Cancellations based solely on shifting estimated delivery dates will not be accepted unless the delay exceeds one year from the original estimated arrival date as confirmed in your order confirmation email.

All prices are subject to tax.

Please note that import duties, customs fees, or taxes may be charged by your local customs office when the item arrives in your country. These fees are not included in our product prices and are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to mark shipments as gifts or declare lower values for customs purposes.
