REFUND POLICY
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For defective or broken items, we offer a 14-day return window starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and components, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. Clear photographic or video evidence must be provided for defective or incorrect items.

Please note that we do not accept returns for items with minor box wear or cosmetic damage to the packaging. While we make every effort to store and ship all items securely, some box wear may naturally occur during import and delivery. Additionally, orders returned to us due to unpaid customs or import duties will not be eligible for refunds unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@jeangkresin.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide return shipping instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. All approved refunds will be subject to a 3.5% processing fee, which covers the non-refundable charge by our payment provider.
