TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PREORDERS

 

Products marked as preorders can be purchased either by paying in full or with a partial deposit. If you choose to pay a deposit, you will be charged the amount shown at checkout. When the item(s) arrive and are ready to ship, we will contact you via email with an invoice for the remaining balance. Customers will have up to 14 days to complete the payment, unless a different arrangement is made with Jean GK Resin.

For fully paid preorders, your order will be shipped immediately after the item(s) arrive and shipping fees are paid. If your order contains multiple preorder items with different release dates, or a mix of preorder and in-stock items, they will be shipped separately as each item becomes available.

Please note that preorder delivery dates are estimated and may be subject to change due to manufacturer or shipping delays. Cancellations on preorder products are not permitted due to changing estimated dates unless there are excessive delays (1+ year) from the original ETA (confirmed on the order confirmation email sent after the order is placed).

RETURNS

 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at info@jeangkresin.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring your satisfaction. In the case of a significantly defective or broken item, we offer a 72-hour return window. This means you must report the issue within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, along with all accessories and components that came with it. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as clear photographic or video evidence showing the defect or error. If approved, we will provide return or replacement instructions.

Please note that we do not accept returns for minor paint flaws, small scratches, or box imperfections that do not affect the figure itself. While we do our best to store and ship all products securely, some wear and tear on packaging may occur naturally during handling, shipping, or import. Buyers who are seeking 100% flawless statues are encouraged to order with care and full understanding of these conditions.

Additionally, orders returned to us due to the refusal or failure to pay customs/import duties will not be eligible for a refund, unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome and whether your refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, the amount will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund on your account. All approved refunds will be subject to a 3.5% processing fee, which is a non-refundable charge imposed by our payment processor.

Re-shipments of Returned Parcels


If a parcel is returned to us due to an issue not caused by Jean GK Resin—such as an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, failure to pay customs/import duties, or parcels marked as “return to sender”—any re-shipment of the order will require the customer to cover the additional postage fees. These costs must be paid before the parcel can be re-shipped to the corrected address.
