TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Shipping Fees

  • Overseas shipping fees are not included in the product prices. Additional charges may apply depending on your location.
     

2. Payment Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable unless the item cannot be fulfilled.
     

3. Pre-order Deposit

  • Deposits made for pre-ordered items are non-refundable.

  • If the remaining balance is not paid within 10 days of notification, the deposit will be forfeited, and the pre-order will be canceled.
     

4. Product Details

  • Please refer to the product description for the full price and the estimated release date of each item.

  • All statues are handmade, and factory environments may occasionally result in imperfections or flaws due to inconsistent QC (quality check) standards.

  • If your order contains flaws, we will make every effort to assist you in obtaining replacements. 

  • Buyers seeking 100% perfect statues without any flaws are encouraged to order with care.
     

5. Refunds and Returns

  • Once an item has been fully paid for and shipped, refunds or returns are not available unless there is an issue with the item upon arrival.

  • If an item arrives broken:

    • We will contact the studio to claim replacement parts on your behalf.

    • If the studio provides extra parts, we will send them to you.

    • If no replacements are available, a partial refund may be provided based on the damage assessment.

    • Note: For small QC (quality check) problems or minor breaks on large parts, the studio may not approve a full replacement nor refund.

  • Customers might need to provide a video of the unboxing as proof to validate any claims. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for damages caused by customer negligence after unboxing

 
6. Shipping Details

  • Once the figure is paid in full, we will provide a tracking number corresponding to the shipment and explain how to track the package.

  • Estimated delivery time to these countries is 4-8 weeks. However, longer delays are normal during high-traffic periods, such as: Chinese New Year, summer, Black Friday, and Christmas.

  • In case of loss of the package during shipping:

    • Once confirmed with the shipping company, we will offer either:

    • A full refund for both the figure and shipping costs.

    • A brand-new product as a replacement.
