Please confirm the availability of any item with us before making a payment, as our listings may not always reflect the most up-to-date stock status. Occasionally, we may not be able to update availability in real-time.

Preorder Options

Most products listed as preorders can be paid either in full or with a partial deposit. If you choose the partial deposit option, you will be charged the deposit amount shown at checkout. Once the item(s) arrive and your order is ready to be shipped, we will contact you via email with an invoice for the remaining balance. This remaining amount will reflect the original price at the time your order was placed — even if the price has increased between the time of ordering and release. Customers are given up to 14 days to settle the balance unless otherwise agreed upon with Jean GK Resin. If the preorder is paid in full upfront, your order will be shipped immediately once the item(s) arrive at our warehouse.

Preorder Cancellations by Studio

While we strive to fulfill all preorders, cancellations may occasionally occur due to manufacturer issues such as licensing problems or stock shortages. In such cases, we will issue a full refund for the affected item(s).

All prices listed on our store are exclusive of shipping fees and are subject to tax, where applicable.

Preorder Pricing Guarantee:

For preorders paid via deposit, the remaining balance will be based on the original price at the time of your order, even if the price increases later due to currency changes or studio adjustments. This price lock does not apply if you cancel and re-order.

Import Duties & Taxes (for International Orders):

Please note that import duties, customs fees, or taxes may be charged by your local customs office when the item arrives in your country. These fees are not included in our product prices and are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to mark shipments as gifts or declare lower values for customs purposes.
